Current local previewNo account, email, survey answer, analytics identifier or marketing choice is collected by the public shell.
Future identity purposeEmail verification, account security and server-side access entitlement.
Future organisation verificationOrganisation name, business email, HTTPS website, representative confirmation and a quarantined logo support fraud prevention and a human account decision. Domain or image checks never reject an applicant by themselves.
Organisation logo partnershipOnly after a separate, unchecked confirmation may an approved logo and website link be displayed to promote AI Job Counter and the participating organisation. Individuals can use the free individual path without this licence.
Manual review contactA German or English review notice may be answered at join@aijobcounter.com. Email delivery, logo storage and registration remain disabled pending approval.
Future survey purposeEligibility for protected detail and coarse, privacy-protected aggregate analysis.
Planned providersSupabase for email OTP; Cloudflare runtime and D1 for separated application data. Activation is pending.
Optional purposesMarketing, analytics and partner choices remain separate, voluntary and off by default.
Retention draftSecurity logs 30 days; survey rows 12 months or an effective deletion request, subject to qualified review.
Individual rightsAccess, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent.
Automated decisionsThe product must not make hiring, dismissal, credit, insurance or career decisions about a person.
International transfersNo standard identifiable-data transfer feature exists; PERSONAL_DATA_TRANSFER_FEATURE stays false.
