A verified, transparent partnership

Before activation, the system checks the verified business email against the organisation website. Domain inconsistencies go to human review instead of causing an automatic rejection.

Organisation verification

Domain checks support review — they do not prove identity alone

1 · Email ownershipSingle-use verification code confirms control of the submitted mailbox.

2 · Domain consistencyBusiness-email domain and HTTPS website domain are compared; public mail domains are insufficient.

3 · Organisation evidenceWebsite, organisation name and representative authority are reviewed; optional registry evidence may be requested.

4 · Logo authenticityThe sanitised raster logo is compared by exact hash or perceptual similarity with a reference on the verified organisation domain and remains quarantined until human approval.

5 · Localised outcomeAny discrepancy creates a German or English review message with specific, correctable reasons and Reply-To join@aijobcounter.com.

6 · Human decisionNo organisation or logo is labelled fake or automatically rejected solely because of a domain or image comparison.

Pass the bot check
A server-validated, single-use Turnstile token is required before any account email can be sent.

Verify an email
Supabase email OTP is wired to the Frankfurt project. Sending remains fail-closed pending the required review.

Only approved broad categories are permitted. Age band remains optional.
